自制简易版苹果派
有段时间小朋友去麦当劳就喜欢吃菠萝派,不知是因为他的甜度受小朋友喜欢,还是总体的口感,反正就是喜欢吃。自己会烘焙,孩子喜欢吃什么就不喜欢再在外面卖,更愿意花时间自己在家做,既健康又美味,最重要的是可以随意DIY调整他的口味或口感,更加适合家人。
苹果派就是心动很久的一款美食,一直没动手尝试是因为家里没有做派的模具,缺少东西总是那么不尽人意。某天还是打算先用现有的东西练练手,如果他们都喜欢吃再去败模具也不迟,于是就来了一个烤盘版的苹果派

  • 无盐黄油65g
  • 低筋面粉125g
  • 全蛋36g
  • 糖粉55g
  • 2g
  • 苹果3个
  • 黄油10g
  • 细砂糖60g
  • 柠檬汁少许
  • 肉桂粉2g

Steps to make 自制简易版苹果派

  • 1.准备好所需的原材料
  • 2.将室温的无盐黄油打软,分次加入糖粉拌均匀
  • 3.再加入鸡蛋液拌均匀
  • 4.将盐、低筋面粉过筛加入其中,拌成面团,将面团用保鲜膜包起,放置冰箱冷藏松弛30分钟
  • 5.苹果洗干净皮和核后切成小块,黄油放入锅中,小火加热至溶化,倒入细砂糖,待完全溶化后放入苹果块,小火慢慢翻炒,待苹果稍稍有点变软时加入肉桂粉,继续翻炒几下,再加入柠檬汁,继续小火慢慢翻炒,待苹果完全变软后关火,放凉后就可以做馅
  • 6.从冰箱中取出冷藏好的派皮,一分为二,取其中一个擀成0.5cm厚,放入烤盘中
  • 7.把苹果馅平铺放入派皮上
  • 8.将另一份派皮面团同样擀成派皮,然后用刀切割成1cm左右宽的条状,切好的长条放在派上,刷上剩余蛋液,静置10分钟左右
  • 9.放入预热至200度的烤箱中烤20分钟左右即可
