现正是吃竹笋的季节,用竹笋做腌笃鲜,腌笃鲜是上海本帮菜,此菜口味咸鲜,我是用春笋和小排、咸五花肉、还加了薄百叶一起煮的汤,原汁原味无任何添加剂

  • 1.小排和咸五花肉过水
  • 2.小排和咸五花肉洗净,竹笋去壳洗净切块,薄百叶打结洗净
  • 3.锅中放水,放入小排和咸五花肉
  • 4.再放适量黄酒加盖煮至肉酥
  • 5.放入竹笋煮开煮5分钟
  • 6.放入百叶结煮开
  • 7.最后放适量盐煮开即可
