软糯剔透-----桂花山药薯球

今天的日子还挺特殊的,201314,爱你一生一世,值得纪念。(呵呵,这是昨天发日志的时候写的)
      
以前吃山药我们一般是用来炖汤,最常见的就是炖牛肉,今天试着用来做了一款甜品,带一些桂花的甜香,吃在嘴里感觉软软糯糯的,口感还不错。
      
本来是想用紫薯来做馅的,在超市里逛时,红薯和紫薯放在一起,尽管红薯比紫薯便宜,但大部分的人好象都只注意到紫薯,而红薯却被冷落在一边,感觉好可怜,于是我改变了自己的初衷,买了红薯。

    Steps to make 软糯剔透-----桂花山药薯球

    • 1.买来的山药和红薯去皮洗净,山药泡在清水里防氧化。
    • 2.把山药和红薯切在小块,放在蒸锅里,水开后大约蒸30分钟。
    • 3.蒸好后,把多出来的水份倒掉,把山药压成泥状。
    • 4.红薯也同样压成泥状。
    • 5.在红薯泥里放一些糖桂花。
    • 6.山药泥里放适量的淡奶油和炼乳,拌匀。
    • 7.放熟糯米粉,少量多次加,揉匀。
    • 8.直到揉成光滑的团状。
    • 9.把山药团分成等份。
    • 10.取一份,揉成圆球,再压扁,放适量的红薯泥做馅。
    • 11.慢慢收口,揉成球形。
    • 12.最后在芝麻里滚一圈即可。
    • 13.吃的时候沾一点糖桂花,味道不错呢
    • 14.其实不沾芝麻也是可以的,一样美味
