墨鱼土司
乌贼的墨囊是一种贵重的药材,

日本发现乌贼墨汁中含有抗癌成分,
乌贼的墨汁含有一种粘多糖;这几天正好吃乌贼,
留下墨囊做个黑黑的土司;

Steps to make 墨鱼土司

  • 1.这是乌贼的墨囊,墨囊收起来待用;
  • 2.撕开一个墨囊,取一半的墨汁--像颗粒一样的东西,用清水化开,水量在配方之内;
  • 3.除黄油外的所以材料放入面包机桶中;
  • 4.先用筷子搅拌一下,以免机器开动时,面粉乱飞;
  • 5.一个和面程序结束,放入黄油;
  • 6.放入黄油后揉面25分钟,出来图中的膜;
  • 7.打好的面团收圆,放到抹过油的保鲜袋中,袋口扎进,放进冰箱冷藏发酵;
  • 8.第二天取出发酵一晚的面团,已经发至二倍大;
  • 9.面团按压排气,做一次三折叠;面团无需回温;
  • 10.再做一次三折叠;
  • 11.再次收圆放入保鲜袋里发酵(图省事,袋子里有油)
  • 12.大约二个小时,面团再次发至二倍大;
  • 13.取出面团,按压排气、分割成二份,滚圆醒发,
  • 14.经过二次擀卷,最后放入模具中进行最后发酵;
  • 15.最后发酵大约经过了二个小时,发至顶盖,推一下土司模的上盖,已推不动;入预热好的烤箱,
  • 16.45-50分钟,到时,取出放烤架晾凉;
  • 17.彻底放凉之后,可切片食用,保鲜袋密封保存。
