Steps to make 糯米藕

  • 1.选择比较均的鲜藕洗净去皮,从两头反复冲洗藕孔,昨晚做的灯暗。
  • 2.将藕从一侧切开,将浸泡好的糯米填入孔隙中。
  • 3.接头处插上多根牙签固定。
  • 4.锅中放入藕,冰糖、红曲米袋,高压锅压制50分钟。
  • 5.取出昨夜(晚上8点多钟做的)浸泡一夜凉透的糯米藕。
  • 6.切成均匀的片状,凉透再切易成型且不散。
  • 7.自制糯米藕颜值高,口感好、香甜软糯,酒店几十元一盘的糯米藕,自制成本低,干净卫生、颜值不逊色。
