松香酥脆炸鸡
上学的时候觉得肯德基麦当劳好贵啊!能经常吃肯德基麦当劳的同学那必须得是家庭条件好的同学们。等到我有条件想去就去的时候我发现那些快餐根本不合我的胃口。我宁愿路边吃碗面也不想去吃汉堡。但是炸鸡翅还是不错的,偶尔会吃一次。自家炸鸡翅跟外面的味道稍有区别,但是同样好吃,在家吃的更健康更放心不是,自家做,想用多高档的油就用多高档的,一点都不用担心地沟油和重复使用的油来伤害我们的身体。

  • 面包糠50克
  • 鸡蛋一个
  • 米酒一勺
  • 黑胡椒粉半勺
  • 五香粉半山
  • 一勺
  • 香葱一根
  • 3片
  • 番茄酱一包

Steps to make 松香酥脆炸鸡

  • 1.鸡翅清洗干净后用牙签在鸡翅上均匀的扎上小孔,然后用米酒一勺、黑胡椒粉半勺、盐一勺、五香粉半勺、香葱一根、姜3片腌制30分钟。(鸡翅上扎小孔是为了让鸡翅更入味,如果时间来不及腌制30分钟即可,如果时间充足提前腌制好放冰箱里过夜最好。)
  • 2.准备淀粉、面包糠、一个鸡蛋。
  • 3.抖落掉鸡翅上面的调料颗粒后现在淀粉粒滚一下,均匀的沾上淀粉。
  • 4.然后在鸡蛋液里过一下。
  • 5.最后均匀的裹上面包糠。
  • 6.裹好的鸡翅待用。
  • 7.油烧至7成热时放入鸡翅,小火慢炸5-7分钟即可。5-7分钟鸡翅完全可以成熟,里面不会有血丝。
  • 8.配上少许番茄酱,味道会更好哦!
