芳香烤鸡
这只土鸡是一位好朋友送的,原本一直想做面包鸡,
可由于实在是没空,索性芳香烤鸡也是不错的选择,
一出炉,拍好照,我和少爷就一人一只鸡腿开始啃,
当时娘俩的吃相还真的是太好笑了,
这就是所谓的,美味难以抵挡。

  • 土鸡1个
  • 土豆1个
  • 胡萝卜1个
  • 洋葱半个
  • 香菇5朵
  • 柠檬1个
  • 大葱1段
  • 大蒜4瓣
  • 3片
  • 料酒3汤匙
  • 生抽3汤匙
  • 蜂蜜1汤匙
  • 15克
  • 香叶6片
  • 橄榄油1茶匙
  • 黑胡椒碎4克
  • 普罗旺斯香草3克

Steps to make 芳香烤鸡

  • 1.大葱和大蒜切成碎末,将料酒、生抽、蜂蜜、盐(10克)、葱末、蒜末和姜片放入碗中,搅拌均匀成腌料汁;
  • 2.土鸡处理干净;
  • 3.将腌料汁均匀涂抹土鸡的内部和外侧,将土鸡轻轻按摩2分钟,然后放入冰箱冷藏2个小时,有时间最好冷藏一个晚上;
  • 4.香菇切片,柠檬切片;
  • 5.将洋葱、胡萝卜、土豆去皮,切成均匀小块,放入容器里,并加入香叶、橄榄油、盐(5克)和黑胡椒碎(2克)拌匀;
  • 6.将一部分洋葱、胡萝卜、土豆、香菇、柠檬一起塞入鸡肚子里;
  • 7.塞满后,将鸡尾部用牙签封住,并用棉绳将鸡腿绑住;
  • 8.将剩余的洋葱、胡萝卜、土豆、香菇、柠檬放入烤盘中,然后将鸡放在蔬菜上,鸡腿尾部和翅尖用锡纸包裹一下;
  • 9.撒上剩余的黑胡椒碎和普罗旺斯香草;
  • 10.烤箱预热200度,放入烤盘,下层,烤80分钟左右。
