法式菜肴中,大多喜欢把白葡萄酒当料酒和水一样的放很多,虽然味道不错,可是好奢侈的感觉,这也是一道以物饰物的菜肴,之前就做过几道了,很有意思,土豆丁特别的面,味道不是很浓郁的那种,可是也清新味美,土豆真厉害,什么味道都能轻松驾驭,

  • 白葡萄酒三大勺
  • 蒜末一小勺
  • 香芹15g
  • 黑胡椒粉1/4小勺
  • 黄油10g

Steps to make 法式烩土豆

  • 1.土豆蒸熟,剥皮,
  • 2.从1/4出切开,把中间挖空,边角料的土豆全部切成小丁,挖好的土豆蛊放入烤箱180℃10-15min,
  • 3.香芹切碎,
  • 4.热锅下黄油,下蒜末和洋葱片微煸后把土豆丁放进去翻炒,
  • 5.放入1/3香芹、盐、胡椒粉和白葡萄酒烩制5min,
  • 6.加入剩下的香芹翻炒片刻即可,
