白菜拌豆腐丝

  • 1.豆皮切成豆丝,白菜洗净备用。

  • 4.莴笋去皮洗净切丝,胡萝卜去皮洗净切丝。
  • 5.把豆丝、白菜丝、莴笋丝、胡萝卜丝放入一个小盆里,放入剁好的蒜泥,放入盐、醋、酱油。
  • 6.放入一匙的油辣子。
  • 7.放入一些油辣椒、少许的白糖、花椒油、鸡精。
  • 8.放入一匙芝麻粉搅拌均匀即可食用。
