  • 1.备好材料
  • 2.除了黄油与馅料其它的材料倒入和面盆用筷子搅匀后抓成面团
  • 3.移至揉面垫揉十分钟后加入室温软化的黄油
  • 4.继续揉大概十分钟至面团出现薄膜即可
  • 5.收圆盖上保鲜膜进行发酵
  • 6.一个小时面团已发到1.5倍大
  • 7.排气分成十等份盖上保鲜膜松弛15分钟
  • 8.松弛后取一个面团用擀面杖擀开
  • 9.翻面撒上椰蓉馅
  • 10.卷起收口捏紧
  • 11.全部面团卷好放进不粘烤盘进行二次发酵
  • 12.大概四十分钟后发酵完成刷上蛋液撒上少许椰蓉
  • 13.送进上下火180度预热好的烤箱中层烤制20分钟即可
  • 14.出炉晾凉即可食用
