Steps to make 灯笼椒酿

  • 1.灯笼椒洗净,去蒂挖一个小口挖去里面的籽。
  • 2.猪肉和香菇剁成末,水豆腐捏碎,放入适量盐,鸡精和五香粉拌均匀。
  • 3.把拌好的馅,酿入灯笼椒里面灌满即可。
  • 4.锅入水,放上一个蒸隔。
  • 5.把酿好的灯笼椒放在蒸隔上,隔水蒸15分钟左右即可。
