    Steps to make 鸡蛋肠粉

    • 1.主料
    • 2.粘米粉和木薯粉混合,加入2倍左右的水,搅拌成米浆(搅拌的越细腻越好)
    • 3.披萨盘抹一层薄薄的油备用
    • 4.锅里烧开水,将抹好油的披萨盘放到蒸架上
    • 5.舀一勺米浆倒入披萨盘,不要太多,刚铺满盘底就行
    • 6.大火蒸一分钟左右,打入鸡蛋,弄散,均匀铺满盘子
    • 7.再大火蒸一分钟左右,等鸡蛋都熟了,撒入生菜碎
    • 8.将蒸好的肠粉慢慢卷起
    • 9.卷好后切段,淋入酱油和麻油就可以了
