    Steps to make 萝卜丝鲫鱼汤

    • 1.材料:鲫鱼、白萝卜调味:姜片、盐、香葱
    • 2.鲫鱼洗净去内脏,白萝卜去皮切丝,葱切段,姜切片。
    • 3.萝卜丝入沸水锅中焯一下捞出。
    • 4.锅置火上油烧热,将鲫鱼煎透,煎好一面再翻面煎就可以防止煎脱鱼皮。
    • 5.接着放姜片和葱段爆香。
    • 6.倒入开水煮沸,加少许胡椒粉去腥。
    • 7.盖上盖子转小火煮20分钟煮至奶白色。
    • 8.再加入萝卜丝、盐调味,继续煮5-10分钟,出锅撒入葱花即可。
