  • 1.海虾剪去虾须,去虾肠,洗净,加料酒、盐、姜片腌15分钟
  • 2.所需调料配好
  • 3.油锅烧热,放油,放入大虾,虾两面都变色后再煸炒2分钟至虾壳有些脆了,捞出
  • 4.锅中留底油,下葱姜蒜爆香,
  • 5.放入过油的大虾,翻炒入味
  • 6.加入调好的汁,大火焖煮入味后收汁,出锅
