  • 1.牛肉切薄片。
  • 2.青、红椒洗净切段。
  • 3.红辣椒。
  • 4.苹果去皮切片,姜切丝葱切末。
  • 5.切好的牛肉加少许淀粉,五香粉抓匀。
  • 6.腌制10分钟。
  • 7.青、红椒段焯水备用。
  • 8.锅下油,放少许姜丝炝锅,再放入牛肉翻炒。
  • 9.炒至变色后放入青、红椒,苹果,葱姜翻炒几下。
  • 10.再加蚝油、美极鲜、盐大火翻炒50秒出锅即可。
