抹茶蜜豆蛋糕卷——抹茶控的最爱,满口抹茶香禁不住的诱惑!
淡淡的抹茶味加上可口的蜜豆,再來一杯奶茶,細細品尝,这样的周末,闲情雅致!
这种甜品的特色就是少油,但是非常甜。蛋糕卷其实非常普通,就是抹茶蛋糕加上蜜豆。蛋糕还是非常松软美味。尤其是浓浓的抹茶味,满口留香,让人爱不释手!

  • 细砂糖(加入蛋清中)35g
  • 细砂糖(加入蛋黄中)30g
  • 色拉油40g
  • 60g
  • 抹茶粉5g
  • 玉米淀粉1小勺

Steps to make 抹茶蜜豆蛋糕卷——抹茶控的最爱,满口抹茶香禁不住的诱惑!

  • 1.蛋黄加入30g细砂糖搅拌均匀,接着加入色拉油
  • 2.用手动打蛋器搅拌均匀,筛入玉米淀粉和低筋面粉,搅拌成蛋黄糊
  • 3.35g细砂糖分三次加入蛋清中,用电动打蛋器打发至湿性发泡
  • 4.取1/3的打发蛋白加入蛋黄糊中,用刮刀使用切板的方法搅拌均匀,再将搅拌好的面糊倒回剩下的2/3的蛋白中,用切拌的方法拌成蛋糕糊
  • 5.取出一小部分蛋糕糊,装入一次性裱花袋中,剪小口
  • 6.在铺好油纸的烤盘上,画出线条,组成菱形方格,放入预热好175°的烤箱,烤1分钟即可拿出
  • 7.接着将抹茶粉筛入上一步剩下的蛋糕糊中,搅拌成面糊
  • 8.拌好的面糊装入裱花袋中,剪小口
  • 9.在刚才的画的菱形方格中,画出绿色正方形,放入预热好175°的烤箱,烤1分钟拿出
  • 10.剩下的抹茶色蛋糕糊倒回之前的蛋糕糊中,搅拌均匀,拌成淡一些的抹茶色蛋糕糊
  • 11.将拌好的淡抹茶色蛋糕糊倒入烤盘中,威震几下,放入预热好175°的烤箱,大约烤15分钟即可
  • 12.烤好的蛋糕,立即拿出反扣到晾网上,将之前的油纸小心撕下,再盖回到蛋糕上,继续晾晾
  • 13.淡奶油加砂糖打发至6成发
  • 14.晾好的蛋糕片,反扣过来,将淡奶油均匀的抹在上面
  • 15.接着均匀的撒上一些蜜豆
  • 16.稍微用刀将一端的一头轻轻压一下
  • 17.轻轻用手卷起来,包上保鲜膜,放入冰箱中,冷藏一会,切块就可以想用啦!
