众所周知鱼腥草有清热、抗病毒的作用,经常吃一些鱼腥草可以预防上呼吸系统疾病。许多人都不喜欢鱼腥草的那股鱼腥味,但是煮熟的鱼腥草是没有鱼腥味的,而且煮熟后的鱼腥草粉糯粉糯的,特别好吃。

Steps to make 鱼腥草瘦肉粥

  • 1.瘦肉剁成肉末,放入适量的盐、胡椒粉、鸡精抓匀后腌制半小时,让肉末入味。也可以在头一晚临睡前将肉末腌制好放冰箱冷藏,第二天早上取出来熬粥。
  • 2.大米提前淘洗干净,用水浸泡半小时,让米粒膨胀。煮锅烧开半锅水,水开后放入浸泡好的大米煮粥。煮粥要水开后放大米下锅,这样煮粥不容易糊底。
  • 3.煮粥的时候要经常搅一搅,既可以防止糊底,又可以让米粥更粘稠,一般大米下锅后搅几下,大火转小火后每10分钟搅一次。
  • 4.趁煮粥的时间我们把折耳根的根须择去,把折耳根清洗干净,然后切成2厘米长的小段备用。
  • 5.粥熬浓稠,快熬好时,放入折耳根煮3分钟。
  • 6.放入腌制好的肉末同煮,肉末下锅时,要把肉末搅拌均匀,将肉末煮熟。
  • 7.肉末煮熟后放入适量的盐、胡椒粉、香油调味。
  • 8.关火,撒上一些葱花搅匀,将葱花烫熟后就可以盛出来食用。
