Steps to make 酥粒血糯米吐司

  • 1.面包桶内放入鸡蛋、水
  • 2.放入面粉、血糯米
  • 3.对角放盐、蜂蜜,中间放酵母,用面粉盖上
  • 4.启动菜单8,紫米面包,中色、500克,开始工作
  • 5.酥粒:黄油10克、糖10克、低筋面粉20克、奶粉10克,用手搓成颗粒
  • 6.停止搅拌时放入黄油,然后让它自动搅拌、发酵
  • 7.发好的面包上涂上蛋液,撒上酥粒
  • 8.剩下25分钟时自动烘烤,结束听到提示音后取出面包放凉切片
