Steps to make 蛤蜊蒸蛋

  • 1.材料备齐。锅中烧水,水中下葱姜蒜烧开。放白蛤进去焯水,待壳子张开后,放入盘中。
  • 2.鸡蛋两个打匀。
  • 3.蛋液加1.5倍的冷水,少许盐搅拌均匀。然后过筛倒入蛤蜊盘中。
  • 4.筛中剩下的鸡蛋泡泡不要。
  • 5.包上保鲜膜,上过蒸15分钟即可。
  • 6.本来想用蒸鱼豉油的,但是家里的用完了,就用了李锦记的凉拌汁代替。再滴上些麻油,点缀上薄荷就可以了。
