  • 6.牛肉切片放所有的调料加姜丝拌匀腌制一会儿,切点葱花。
  • 7.将煮好的粥倒入砂锅中大火烧开。
  • 8.然后放入腌制好的牛肉转小火焖熟即可这样牛肉非常嫩滑哦。
  • 9.两分钟后用筷子轻轻搅拌,牛肉完成变色了,已熟透了,放入葱花关火。
