  • 1.准备食材:自制冰块,猪后腿肉,香菇,大蒜,大葱和胡萝卜。
  • 2.大葱对半切开再切成葱花装盘,大蒜切片也一并装盘。
  • 3.香菇和胡萝卜切片装盘。
  • 4.猪后腿肉切成小块。
  • 5.起锅烧油。
  • 6.将葱花和蒜片炒香后盛出。
  • 7.香菇和胡萝卜也下锅炒香后盛出。
  • 8.将猪后腿肉装入绞肉机内,倒入炒香的葱花和蒜片,再到入炒香的香菇和胡萝卜片。
  • 9.加入食盐、胡椒粉和料酒。
  • 10.加入木薯淀粉。
  • 11.加入自制冰块(主要是防止绞肉机发烫将肉馅烫熟) ,打成肉泥。
  • 12.锅中水烧开下入丸子煮熟。
