  • 1.煮腊八粥的食材不固定,进厨房,打开橱柜,有啥都抓点,吃货的库存很丰富的。
  • 2.板栗是进山自己捡的,个头小味道好,处理好冻冰箱,吃的时候拿出来直接用。芋头、紫薯、山药去皮切丁。没有天然蔗糖,冰糖、红糖、白糖都OK,有啥用啥。没有桂花可不放,林林总总搞了20样。
  • 3.银耳泡发,去根,用剪刀剪成小朵。
  • 4.米、豆子等洗净,泡一夜,这样煮出的粥软糯粘稠。第二天把食材全部倒入锅中,加入清水,水和食材的比例1:10。
  • 5.电压力锅压上1小时,浓香、粘稠的腊八粥就做好了。
  • 6.香甜美味,营养好吃。
