Steps to make 羊小排萝卜汤

  • 1.将羊小排用清水浸泡两小时左右。
  • 2.羊小排冷水下锅,开锅后撇去浮沫,放入花椒、姜片、葱段,用小火炖50分钟左右,放盐再炖20分钟。
  • 3.白萝卜切片。
  • 4.锅中加水烧开,加少许盐,放入白萝卜,焯至断生后捞出。
  • 5.取适量的羊小排及羊汤放入锅中。
  • 6.加入焯过的白萝卜。
  • 7.将萝卜炖至软烂,放入胡椒粉、味精调味。
  • 8.盛入碗中。
  • 9.成品。汤鲜味美。
