韭苔就是韭菜老了,长出来的苔,可价格比韭菜贵多了,一公斤贵了好几元,而且从来没掉过身价。这次买了一把韭苔2元才190克,算下来就是10多元一公斤的,可现在的韭菜还不到3元一公斤的,真是贵了几倍,味道不必韭菜好多少,就是青脆一些,真是同生不同价啊!
韭苔味甘辛、性温,具有补肾助阳、温中降逆、补中益肝、活血化瘀、通络止血等作用,适用于阳痿、遗精、早泄、噎膈、反胃、肝病、跌打损伤、腰膝痛、尿频、白带多、胸胁痛等症。消化不良或肠胃功能较弱的人吃韭菜容易烧心,不宜多吃。

    Steps to make 韭苔炒虾仁

    • 1.把虾仁洗净
    • 2.用盐料酒拌均匀腌制一会,姜切末
    • 3.把韭苔去掉老的部分和尾部,洗净切段
    • 4.热锅凉油加姜末虾仁翻炒
    • 5.加耗油翻炒均匀出锅
    • 6.热锅凉油,加韭苔大火翻炒
    • 7.加盐翻炒韭苔变色
    • 8.加炒好的虾仁 拌均匀
    • 9.加味极鲜
    • 10.翻炒均匀即可
