【芒果冻芝士】

  • 奶油奶酪300g
  • 淡奶油250g
  • 芒果泥200g
  • 牛奶70g
  • 酸奶250g
  • 吉利丁片两片半
  • 戚风蛋糕片一片
  • 白砂糖60g

Steps to make 【芒果冻芝士】

  • 1.奶酪加酸奶隔热水软化
  • 2.吉利丁片凉水泡软
  • 3.淡奶油加白砂糖打至6分发
  • 4.芒果去皮,用刀切成网状
  • 5.再横切切成小块
  • 6.吉利丁片加入牛奶中隔热水融化
  • 7.将芒果泥加入软化的奶酪和酸奶一起入料理机打匀,过一遍筛。加入融化好的吉利丁牛奶液。
  • 8.加入打发的淡奶油拌匀即成
  • 9.模子里先铺一层比底小一点的蛋糕片
  • 10.然后倒入芝士液
  • 11.周围贴边摆芒果丁,中间也摆一些
  • 12.继续倒一层芝士液
  • 13.再摆一层芒果丁
  • 14.最后倒满(留少许空间最后倒镜面)入冰箱冷藏4小时以上
  • 15.用料理机打50g芒果汁,加入泡好的半片吉利丁片。隔热水融化。
  • 16.稍凉后倒在冷藏好的蛋糕上面继续冷藏一会
