  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 黄油25克
  • 30克
  • 速冻挞皮9个

Steps to make 苹果蛋挞

  • 1.苹果分别切薄片和苹果粒
  • 2.锅中加水加入少量的糖将苹果片稍煮片刻,苹果片变软
  • 3.捞出沥干水分
  • 4.锅中放入黄油小火加热
  • 5.倒入苹果粒翻炒再加入适量的糖炒至苹果粒变软没有水份
  • 6.用沥干水分的苹果片如图卷成花朵
  • 7.锅中倒入牛奶加入糖小火加热搅拌至糖完全融化
  • 8.待牛奶温热时打入一个整鸡蛋加一个蛋黄(也可打入两只全蛋)
  • 9.搅拌均匀,用过滤网过滤两遍
  • 10.速冻挞皮,放上苹果粒
  • 11.倒入挞水八分满,再放上苹果花
  • 12.依次做好剩下的苹果蛋挞(图中只做了三个花朵苹果蛋挞,用了半个苹果)
  • 13.烤箱预热200度放上层烤5分钟上色满意后转中下层再烤10分钟即可
  • 14.苹果香味浓郁的苹果蛋挞出炉
