Steps to make 私房牛排

  • 1.买回牛肉,在保鲜盒里腌制,分别加入酱油、蚝油、姜片、蒜末、十三香、少许盐和黑胡椒粉,辣椒末均匀涂抹,腌制12小时。
  • 2.烤箱预热上下火220度3分钟,烤盘内铺铺上锡纸两层,根据个人喜好放入黄油,或刷上植物油。
  • 3.烤箱内,把黄油加热融化,取出烤盘。
  • 4.烤盘放入腌制好的牛肉,上下火220度烤15分钟,时间到了,把牛肉翻面,上下火再烤制15分钟即可。这个根据个人喜好口味,和牛肉大小来决定时间。
  • 5.放上自己喜欢的食物,和搭配的蔬菜。
