Steps to make 【黄桃戚风卷】----------阳光三月,郊外踏春时携带的甜品

  • 1.蛋黄糊:蛋黄4个,绵白糖30克、玉米油50克、草莓酸奶70克、低筋面粉85克蛋白糊:蛋白4个、糖30克奶油:淡奶油40克、绵白糖10克、黄桃罐头两块
  • 2.蛋黄加糖,打至糖熔化;
  • 3.加色拉油搅拌均匀;
  • 4.再加入草莓酸奶搅拌均匀;
  • 5.加入过筛面后的低筋面粉,少量多次的加,更容易搅拌均匀;
  • 6.蛋白分三次加入白糖打发至小弯角;
  • 7.取1/3蛋白加入蛋黄糊中,用刮刀以不规则方向切拌均匀,再将拌好的面糊全部倒入蛋白糊中,以同样的方法切拌均匀;
  • 8.将拌好的面糊倒入烤盘,表面刮平;
  • 9.放入预热好175度的烤箱中,中层,烤至20分钟取出;
  • 10.淡奶油加绵白糖打发;
  • 11.均匀的涂抹在做好的蛋糕上;
  • 12.黄桃切成小块状,摆在奶油上面,用擀面杖辅助着慢慢地将蛋糕卷起来,食用时切片。
