生啫排骨

  • 姜蒜40克
  • 小葱少许

Steps to make 生啫排骨

  • 1.排骨洗净,斩块,放入盆中。
  • 2.加入盐,糖,生抽,红烧酱油,柱侯酱,料酒。
  • 3.拌匀后腌制2小时。
  • 4.姜切稍微厚一点的片,蒜子去头尾,平铺砂锅底,再淋上3汤匙食用油。
  • 5.接着把排骨铺在上面,肉厚一面朝下。
  • 6.盖好盖子,开小火,进行焖制10-15分钟。
  • 7.趁着焖排骨的时间,把土豆去皮洗净切块,放入开水中煮至8成熟。
  • 8.当排骨已经焖了10-15分钟,已经明显开始脱骨了,这时加入土豆块,继续焖5分钟。
  • 9.洒上葱花,可以开动啦!
