海绵宝宝黄桃班戟
用巧克力给普通的班戟变个身,黄桃和奶油夹心,再加上甜甜的巧克力,样子也是萌萌哒~~~原创哦

  • 牛奶120克
  • 低粉40克
  • 鸡蛋30克
  • 糖粉10克
  • 黄油10克
  • 淡奶油20克
  • 糖粉10克
  • 白巧克力少许
  • 黑巧克力少许
  • 食用色素少许
  • 黄桃罐头20克

Steps to make 海绵宝宝黄桃班戟

  • 1.鸡蛋打散,加糖粉拌匀
  • 2.再加入牛奶拌匀
  • 3.筛入低筋粉,搅成均匀的稀面糊
  • 4.黄油隔水加热到融化,倒入面糊里拌匀
  • 5.将面糊过筛,静置半小时
  • 6.平底锅薄薄地涂一层油,小火加热,倒两勺面糊在锅里,晃动锅子摊成均匀的圆形
  • 7.表面凝固后翻面。普通的班戟可以不用翻面,直接倒出。因为想做出海绵宝宝皮肤的斑点,所以两面都加热了
  • 8.淡奶油加糖打发,将黄桃块沥净水份,放在饼中间,取一勺淡奶油盖住,用饼包起来。第一次摊了张薄饼,直接包了忘记拍照了,这是又重新摊了一张稍厚的。
  • 9.包好后冷藏片刻,翻过来
  • 10.巧克力隔水融化,装入剪了小口的裱花袋,勾画出眼白
  • 11.用一滴食用色素将白巧克力调成蓝色,再用黑巧克力画出瞳孔,勾边
  • 12.同理,先勾出嘴巴的位置,再填充牙齿和舌头等
