  • 抹茶粉10g
  • 鱼胶粉7.5g
  • 酥性饼干半包
  • 牛奶50g

Steps to make 抹茶慕斯蛋糕

  • 1.黄油隔水融化,饼干压碎与黄油混合均匀
  • 2.放入模具底部,压实入冰箱冷藏备用(活底模)
  • 3.牛奶与鱼胶粉混合后加热至融化搅拌均匀晾凉备用
  • 4.淡奶加抹茶粉加糖
  • 5.打至稍有纹路,与准备好的牛奶鱼胶粉溶液混合(不能太热)
  • 6.取出模具在上面倒上一层抹茶慕斯馅
  • 7.入冰箱冷藏1个小时以上,取出后吹风机吹一下周围就可以轻松脱模啦
