这个季节正是吃橙子和橘子的最佳时节,平时喜欢买橙子吃,一方面是含有丰富的维生素c,另一方面是自己喜欢,橘子相对比较少买,主要原因是自己不会挑选,经常会买到酸的或者不甜的橘子,橙子在购买时基本上不会出现这种情况。平日家里也不能总吃同样的水果,需要经常变换下口味,不同的水果所含的营养成份也是不同的。某天网上购买水果时看到金桔不错,金桔同样是含有丰富的维生素c,每天吃3~5个就能补充人体当日所需的维生素,同时金桔还有美容护肤、开胃生津、对预防慢性急病和感冒都有一定的疗效,这个季节正值感冒高发期,孩子们也容易上火咳嗽,适当吃点是非常有益处,买回家后发现小朋友对金桔完全不感兴趣,我又不愿意强迫着他吃,最后只好想办法做了这款金桔酱,做好后,可以冲水喝、可以直接吃、也可以抹面包等等,可谓吃法多样化,不管那种吃法,只要有一种是小朋友喜爱的就算成功。

Steps to make 金桔果酱

  • 1.金桔用清水洗净后,放盐水中浸泡半小时左右
  • 2.浸泡过后的金桔再次用清水冲洗干净,然后去内核
  • 3.将金桔、冰糖、清水放入破壁机杯中
  • 4.破壁机接通电源,选择果蔬功能,按启动键
  • 5.2分钟左右金桔汁搅打完成
  • 6.金桔汁倒入不粘锅中,加入盐小火慢慢翻炒
  • 7.待金桔炒至浓稠水份快干时,倒入柠檬汁继续翻炒1~2分钟出锅
  • 8.炒好的金桔酱装入用开水煮过并沥干水份的玻璃瓶中放入冰箱中冷藏
