Steps to make 萝卜条粉丝汤

  • 1.准备材料,萝卜是从姐家拿来的自家产的有机萝卜,去皮洗净备用,粉丝洗净备用。
  • 2.锅中加入适量的水,烧开。
  • 3.用此时可以用擦丝器将萝卜擦成丝。
  • 4.水开下入萝卜丝。
  • 5.再次煮开下入粉丝,继续煮开。
  • 6.注意观察,粉丝完全变软透明就关火,别煮过了,粘成一坨就没法吃了。
  • 7.毛葱去皮洗净切碎,香菜洗净切碎,这里的毛葱很提味,比香葱更好吃。
  • 8.加入盐、胡椒粉、葱碎、香菜碎调味。如果喜欢,此时还可以调入辣椒油或者香油调味,我家人都喜欢清淡的,没加各种油调味,这个随个人喜好添加。
  • 9.出锅。
