    Steps to make 蚝油焖鸡翅

    • 1.鸡翅斜划两刀,方便入味。焯水过冷水控干备用。
    • 2.锅里放油,鸡翅煎两面微黄,把油全部倒出去。
    • 3.鸡翅拨到一边(我是偷懒,其实要不是平底锅,就要盛出来),炒香姜片,蒜片。
    • 4.倒入蚝油,番茄酱,二比一,小火炒冒泡。一定要开小火。
    • 5.兑水,放鸡翅,水将要淹没鸡翅就好。大火烧开小火焖煮十分钟。
    • 6.尝尝味道,放三分之一茶匙盐,半茶匙胡椒,千万别咸了,调味到比自己的感觉淡一些,因为还要收汁。
    • 7.收汁的时候,先把鸡翅翻着身,汁水快干了再反过来,这样两面上色都很漂亮。汤汁粘稠的裹在鸡翅上,很诱人。放点鸡精提味即可。
