Steps to make 樱花寿司

  • 1.蒸好的米饭晾至温热时加一勺寿司醋搅拌均匀,没有寿司醋也可以不加。
  • 2.另一碗米饭拌好寿司醋后再加入樱花粉拌均
  • 3.火腿肠,黄瓜,胡萝卜,大根都切成粗细差不多的条状,这些食材可以根据自己口味任意调换,我是包了好几个才切了这么多,包一卷的话每样只用一根就够了。
  • 4.准备肉松和沙拉酱
  • 5.包寿司用的大片海苔剪去四分之一
  • 6.把加入樱花粉的米饭均匀的铺在海苔上
  • 7.盖上保鲜膜后把米饭压平整
  • 8.压好后保鲜膜粘在米饭上了,然后翻面,保鲜膜在下,海苔面朝上。
  • 9.再均匀的铺上白米饭,上面摆上切好的食材。
  • 10.挤些沙拉酱,再撒些肉松,这些都是为了增加口感的,没有也可以不加,味道会稍差些。
  • 11.拖动保鲜膜使海苔至于竹帘下边的边缘处,对折竹帘成水滴状,然后两手用力压紧。
  • 12.保鲜膜不用取下,这样切起来寿司不会散开也更好切,用一把锋利的刀切(如果刀不够锋利,就每切完一块用水冲洗一下),切开后再撕掉保鲜膜。
  • 13.切好摆盘
  • 14.再来碗紫菜汤就是一顿清新舒服的早餐啦
