虫草干贝玉米汤
前段时间老公总是加班熬夜,吃饭不定时,弄的肠胃有些不适,加上气温高,吃饭都没什么胃口,我煲些健脾胃的汤给他喝了几天,肠胃好像好了许多,吃饭也有些胃口了~

  • 干贝15g
  • 芡实30g
  • 蜜枣2颗
  • 枸杞5g
  • 5g
  • 1茶匙

Steps to make 虫草干贝玉米汤

  • 1.虫草花冲洗一下,用清水浸泡5分钟
  • 2.枸杞、芡实、蜜枣、干贝用水冲洗干净
  • 3.玉米切小块
  • 4.猪骨洗净,冷水下锅,煮出血水后捞出用温水冲洗掉浮沫
  • 5.砂锅中注入2L清水,放入猪骨和姜片
  • 6.放入虫草花、芡实、蜜枣、干贝
  • 7.放入玉米,大火烧开,小火煲煮1小时(喜欢浓郁的可以延长煲煮的时间)
  • 8.最后加入枸杞,调入盐即可
