  • 1.牛排恢复常温
  • 2.将所有调味料拌匀,均匀洒在牛排上,腌制30分钟
  • 3.剥去牛排表面的香料,切花刀,淋上米酒
  • 4.用锡纸包裹,放入烤箱中层上下火180度,25分钟
  • 5.蕃茄切片,放入烤盘下层,烤制过程中吸收牛排的汁水,10分钟后取出
  • 6.蕃茄切块,放入保鲜袋和少许净水,微波炉中高火5分钟,冷却后碾碎,加入盐、陈皮、牛奶,拌匀,放入模具,铺上切碎的烤蕃茄即可
