Steps to make 黑米蛋卷寿司

  • 1.黑米和糯米头天晚上泡上,能够更软糯。
  • 2.四个鸡蛋加入碗里,加入盐和胡椒粉搅打成蛋液,准备煎蛋皮。
  • 3.锅里放一点底油,倒入一半蛋液,转动平底锅,让蛋液均匀铺成一个圆形,两面煎成金黄即可。
  • 4.黑米饭用电高压锅煮好以后,放入大盆中,喜欢有盐味的可以加入适量盐,我没有放盐是为了保持黑米的淡香原味。
  • 5.黄瓜和胡萝卜条在开水里烫一下,颜色更亮,也会软一点,便于裹进寿司里。
  • 6.寿司竹帘用保鲜膜包裹好以后,铺上一片寿司海苔。
  • 7.铺上一层黑米饭,一定要铺平,放上一个蛋皮,最后放入黄瓜条、火腿肠和胡萝卜,从一头卷起竹帘,让寿司海苔包裹住里面的饭和配料。
  • 8.双色寿司是铺一半黑米饭,一半白米饭。
  • 9.放上配菜,在配菜上再放一长条黑米饭,然后裹上竹帘。
  • 10.用刀沾点儿水切成小圈,黑米蛋卷寿司做好啦!
  • 11.双色寿司也成啦!
