黑椒猪肉脯
刚摆弄家里的小烤箱的那会,就是冲着烤鸡翅和肉干开始的,满屋的香味,边吃边等待第二片的心情,我相信每个爱肉之人都能够体会到的~~~

Steps to make 黑椒猪肉脯

  • 1.选偏瘦的猪肉,洗净沥干水;
  • 2.将猪肉剁碎成肉末(手工的会比较好吃哦);
  • 3.加入白酒、白糖、盐、黑胡椒粉,搅拌均匀;
  • 4.加入生抽、老抽、鱼露朝一个方向搅拌上筋;
  • 5.肉馅腌制1个小时后,取一张和烤盘差不多大小的锡纸,刷上一层薄薄的植物油防粘;
  • 6.把适量的肉末放在锡纸上,在肉末上盖上一层保鲜膜;
  • 7.用擀面杖擀成厚度均匀的薄肉片;
  • 8.撕去保鲜膜,刷上一层蜂蜜(也可以撒上白芝麻);
  • 9.烤箱200度预热(小烤箱),220度烤制20分钟,取出翻面放在烤架上,刷上蜂蜜(也可以撒上白芝麻);
  • 10.放入烤箱继续烤15-20分钟,晾干后用食物剪裁成大小一致的肉干即可(烤了没有放芝麻和放了的两种)。
