  • 1.准备的原料。
  • 2.梭子蟹处理干净,壳也要扒开,剪掉蟹的腮,腮的部分再用刷子刷干净。
  • 3.剁成小块,切面沾上生粉。
  • 4.热锅凉油,煸香葱,姜片,加入蟹块。
  • 5.中小火煎到切面微微发黄。
  • 6.加入生抽,老抽,料酒,白糖,炒匀。
  • 7.再加入少许清水盖上锅盖大火再烧5分钟左右。
  • 8.撒点葱花就可以。
