Steps to make 咸蛋黄鸡腿卷

  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.新鲜的鸡腿洗净后,用小刀剔去鸡骨头,然后用锤子敲打一下或用小刀划几刀方便入味,把鸡腿肉放入盆中,加入调料1搅拌均匀腌制3-4小时。
  • 3.咸蛋黄加少许白酒或黄酒,放入微波炉叮1分钟左右取出。
  • 4.准备3张烘焙用的锡纸,把腌制好的鸡腿肉平铺再锡纸上,把咸蛋黄放在鸡腿肉的一边卷起。
  • 5.然后把锡纸把鸡腿再卷起来,一定要卷紧,卷好后两端拧成糖果形状。
  • 6.把卷好的咸蛋黄鸡腿卷放入盘中,准备好蒸锅,加入适量清水,把鸡腿卷放入,水开后大火隔水蒸20分钟左右,取出倒干蒸出来的水分,待凉后放入冰箱冷藏3-4个小时,或者放入冷冻30分钟。
