南瓜小饼干
买了南瓜,打开后琢磨着怎么吃掉它。看到一款小饼干的方子,做出来的南瓜饼干特别的喜人,那就做做这个小南瓜饼干。利用南瓜本身的颜色,做出来好吃又好看的饼干。没有黄油,我改了方子,用一半的猪油,又加了一半的玉米油,做出来也很酥很好吃。

  • 1.南瓜去皮切小块蒸熟
  • 2.猪油切小块室温软化,加入白糖打发
  • 3.放入南瓜泥拌匀
  • 4.加入低筋粉、玉米淀粉和盐
  • 5.搅拌均匀成团
  • 6.取一小块加抹茶粉
  • 7.面团分成每个10克左右搓圆
  • 8.用牙签压出纹路
  • 9.取一小块抹茶面团做南瓜蒂
  • 10.依次做好所有面团
  • 11.放入烤箱下层,上火160度,下火120度,烤23分钟
  • 12.一篮子小南瓜饼干
