Steps to make 韩式厚蛋吐司

  • 1.昨天的玉米软欧包剩下一个,今天早餐拿来做韩式厚蛋吐司。
  • 2.分成四片,一片等于平常两片吐司的厚度,然后从中间切一个缝。
  • 3.热锅转中小火,刷少许油。
  • 4.放入吐司片。
  • 5.马苏里拉跟鸡蛋混合。
  • 6.搅拌均匀。
  • 7.香肠,鸡蛋马苏里拉混合也放锅内,鸡蛋液要左右推动,不要煎得太老,一会就好。
  • 8.最后将鸡蛋放入吐司缝里加入香肠,在挤上沙拉酱完成。
  • 9.加上一杯浓浓的花生露,早餐妥妥的。
