Steps to make 鹌鹑肉圆

  • 1.猪肉馅待用,肥一点的最好
  • 2.用料理打成蓉,加入木薯粉。鸡精、五香粉、胡椒、盐,搅拌上浆
  • 3.鹌鹑蛋煮好播壳
  • 4.煮好的鹌鹑蛋沾满淀粉,这样更容易和肉馅结合在一起
  • 5.取一块肉馅,在手心按扁,放入一个沾满淀粉的鹌鹑蛋
  • 6.包入鹌鹑蛋成球状,两只手互相倒几次,尽量排掉肉馅中的空气。油温7成热时,放入肉圆,炸至表面金黄(大约2分钟左右)。
  • 7.锅中倒入油,待油温5成热时,放入葱辣椒,用中小火煸出香味。
  • 8.倒入水,生抽,老抽,糖.把肉圆放入锅中,大火烧开后转小火,盖上盖子炖约10分钟。
  • 9.打开盖子,改成大火收汤,待汤汁儿粘稠后即可关火,就可以开吃了
