Steps to make 【番茄配方】杏香蔷薇曲奇——新年快乐,花样曲奇浓情奉上

  • 1.黄油室温软化后,切成小块,加入糖粉搅打至蓬松,呈羽毛状。
  • 2.分次加入蛋白,每次都搅打均匀之后再加下一次。
  • 3.低筋面粉和杏仁粉混合筛入黄油混合物中,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.将搅拌好的面糊均分成两份,其中一份加入红曲粉,搅拌成红曲面糊。
  • 5.搅拌好的面糊,分别装入两个裱花袋中,剪一个稍微大点的口。
  • 6.然后另取一个裱花袋装入曲奇嘴,然后再将两个面糊装入空裱花袋中,在铺好油纸的烤盘上挤出蔷薇花的样子。
  • 7.完全挤好之后,放入预热好190度的烤箱,中层,上下火,烤10分钟左右即可。
