  • 玉米淀粉30g
  • 奶油200g
  • 细砂糖15g

Steps to make 水果千层盒子

  • 1.牛奶倒入容器
  • 2.所有粉类筛入牛奶
  • 3.搅拌均匀
  • 4.鸡蛋打散,搅拌均匀
  • 5.把面糊倒入鸡蛋液,搅拌均匀
  • 6.过筛2-3次
  • 7.黄油隔水融化
  • 8.黄油倒入面糊,搅拌均匀
  • 9.开小火,舀入面糊(确保每次量差不多)转动平底锅使得面糊均匀摊开
  • 10.面糊起泡差不多可以出锅了,平铺在油纸上晾凉
  • 11.裁去边上的,和盒子差不多大小(如果是做6寸可以用慕斯圈往下压)
  • 12.打发奶油,倒入细砂糖打到8成发
  • 13.水果切丁备用
  • 14.拿一个一次性裱花袋,奶油装入备用
  • 15.平铺一张饼皮,裱花袋挤入奶油,撒上水果丁
  • 16.以此类推,一层一层
