  • 1.准备好全部食材。
  • 2.把糯米粉、小麦淀粉跟糖倒入厨师机面桶内,低速简单拌匀。
  • 3.低速简单拌匀。
  • 4.然后倒入80度的热水,搅打成一块光滑的粉团。
  • 5.接着加入猪油,再次搅打使猪油充分被粉团吸收,打好的面团是有非常好的延展性的。
  • 6.分出部分粉团,用果蔬粉进行调色。
  • 7.取出一块有颜色的粉团搭配一块白面团,分别搓成长条。
  • 8.将两块面团随意的揉在一起。
  • 9.切割成小剂子,每份15克,揉搓成小球备用。
  • 10.准备好的五仁馅分成每块10克。(馅料自选,自己喜欢吃的均可)
  • 11.取出一个小球压扁,包上一块五仁馅。
  • 12.收口搓圆,简单又好看的五仁琉璃汤圆就包好了。
