Steps to make 大理石奶油蛋糕—— 电饭锅做

  • 1.准备好所有材料。
  • 2.黄油室温软化后打成泥状。
  • 3.倒入糖和柠檬皮打发。
  • 4.全蛋液加入蛋黄和香草精打散。
  • 5.蛋液分次加入黄油糊中,要少少的一次15ML左右的加,等蛋液全吸收了再加下一勺。
  • 6.这是已经加入全部蛋液的黄油糊。
  • 7.低粉和杏仁粉混合后,加入打发的黄油蛋糊中。
  • 8.翻拌均匀。
  • 9.分次加入牛奶。
  • 10.拌匀成面糊。
  • 11.可可粉用热水化开。
  • 12.挖一些白面糊入内。
  • 13.拌成可可面糊。
  • 14.白面糊入已铺油纸的电饭锅内,分散开些放。
  • 15.再分插入可可面糊,稍拌。
  • 16.按下‘煮饭’键跳到‘保温’后保温约半小时,再如此重复一次。
  • 17.出锅倒扣,揭去油纸,待凉即可。
  • 18.就是花纹拌的太粗了。
