Steps to make 麻辣香锅

  • 1.准备好基围虾,剪掉须,挑掉虾线,清洗干净,用料酒和麻辣鲜,姜片抓匀腌一会儿入味。

  • 6.起锅烧水,小火,下火锅底料和豆瓣酱煸出红油。
  • 7.下入所有的配菜翻炒均匀,加入花椒炒出香味。
  • 8.加入洋葱翻炒均匀。
  • 9.转入砂锅中,放入炸好的虾和鸡肉丸子,稍煮入味,加入青红辣椒,翻炒均匀,加入鸡精、蚝油调味。
  • 10.拌匀即可开吃。
