紫薯夹心芋圆

Steps to make 紫薯夹心芋圆

  • 1.紫薯连皮加水煮至熟,压成紫薯泥,红薯生粉部分倒入大锅,慢慢调入滚开水,不停用勺子搅拌成团状,加入紫薯泥和糖粉,用勺子不断翻拌搅上劲,这时候比较粘手,再适当添加点淀粉,慢慢边加边揉。
  • 2.揉好的紫薯粉团软硬适中,不粘手也不硬。
  • 3.用同样的方法制作的芋圆面团。
  • 4.将两个面团在铺了淀粉的案板上擀开。
  • 5.然后叠在一起擀一下,最好是抹点水粘合一下。
  • 6.切成对半再叠一层,也用点水粘合一下,再切成条状。
  • 7.再切成小方块。
  • 8.夹着紫薯圆的芋圆就做好了。
  • 9.现在做黑米糊了,黑米提前洗净浸泡。
  • 10.连水一起倒入料理机打成黑米糊。
  • 11.将黑米糊放锅里煮熟。
  • 12.夹心芋圆象煮汤圆一样煮至浮起捞出。
  • 13.将芋圆铺在黑米糊上面即可。
